I’ve been a Performance and Health Coach for over 20 years and although I work with a lot of serious athletes looking to get the most out of their training and racing, I also work with many people who are just interested in getting healthy.  My typical client is someone who is very busy with life (work and or family), primarily in their 30s to 50s who is looking for specific strategies to maximize their health.

I help people in two primary areas - Athletic Performance/Fitness Coaching and Lifestyle/Health Coaching (including Healthy-Aging Systems, Nutritional Replenishment, Cellular Cleansing).   The Fitness Coaching is described in the Coaching section of this website.  For the Lifestyle/Health Coaching I typically help people to dramatically improve their health, energy, mental focus, lean muscle mass development and release body fat.  In either case I detail a path for you to maximize your efforts and maintain optimal health. Your success is very important to me.
